Q: Medications From My Clinic Vs. An International Pharmacy. What's The Difference In Quality? Price?

A: Save IVF offers the same branded medication as other pharmacies based in the United States. There is not a difference in quality but a difference in price. Unlike the United States, European regulations have proposed pricing limitations on pharmaceutical companies, lowering the cost of health products. These regulations enable consumers to purchase these items at a discounted price compared to other markets. Furthermore, we have streamlined the distribution process which leads to reduced logistical costs. These savings are passed on to our valued customers. Also, medications provided by Save IVF are manufactured in either FDA-approved manufacturing facilities outside of the United States or in facilities that have been inspected and approved by European regulatory agencies equivalent to the FDA, such as the United Kingdom Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

Q: What To Expect With Shipping? How Long To Get Them? Does The Pandemic Affect Shipping Times?

A: Shipments are usually complete within 3-5 business days. However, we suggest placing orders up to two weeks in advance to avoid any delays out of our control that may result in postponing your treatment cycle. Note that medications will be shipped in European packing and not in their original box. Orders are processed and fulfilled the same day payment is confirmed (unless otherwise stated). Standard shipping has a delivery window of 2-3 business days. If you live in a rural area, please add a business day to delivery (3-4 business days.) We offer overnight shipping for an additional charge. The pandemic has not affected shipping times. However, it has affected inventory levels with estimated availability times of 2-4 weeks.

Q: Where Can I Get Needles If They Aren't Included With My Order?

A: We do not ship loose syringes due to customs. Providing these items will slow down the shipping process and cause a delay. Patients can buy needles/syringes at their local CVS or Walgreens. Medications that need syringes: Menopur, Merional, Fostimon, and Omnitrope. Medications that do not: Follitropin Alfa, Lupron, Cetrotide, and Ovidrel.

Q: Can I Submit My Receipt To My Health Insurance Company?

A: Yes, for many years, Save IVF has worked with the top insurers to reimburse patients. Save IVF is in their databases as the most trusted international pharmacy. Patients process and pay for their orders with Save IVF first. Then provide a detailed paid invoice from Save IVF to their insurance to get reimbursed.

Q: Should I Be Concerned That The Medications Come From Europe?

A: Absolutely not. As previously mentioned, medications provided by Save IVF are manufactured in either FDA-approved manufacturing facilities outside of the United States or in facilities that have been inspected and approved by European regulatory agencies equivalent to the FDA, such as the United Kingdom Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). It should also be noted that medications are being produced in the same FDA-approved facilities in Europe as the ones sold in the USA.

Q: How Can You Charge So Much Less Than My Clinic I'd The Product Is Technically The Same?

A: Unlike the United States, European regulations have proposed pricing limitations on pharmaceutical companies, therefore, lowering the cost of health products. These regulations enable consumers to purchase these items at a discounted price compared to other markets. Furthermore, we have streamlined the distribution process, leading to reduced logistical costs. These savings are passed on to our valued customers.
