HOW TO ORDER
The following methods are available for customers to submit an order. Customers can choose between using our online ordering system, emailing/calling customer service, or faxing in an order form.
Add medications to your cart and checkout through our secured portal. Provide proper contact information to receive an email with payment details to complete your order.
Send a valid copy of your prescription to email@example.com, and a representative can help provide an itemized invoice with payment details via email.
Call in your order at +1 (800) 439-6086 and provide a valid copy of your prescription via email. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm CST and Weekends 9am-3pm CST.
If you do not see certain medications listed under our products section, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm availability.

Customers can submit an order online, via email, by phone or fax. A valid copy of the prescription from a licensed physician is required to fulfill the order. If using a Save IVF Order Form, download the order form here.
Upon placing an order online, please email a copy of prescription to firstname.lastname@example.org. A customer representative will then email an itemized quote with payment instructions.
Complete the payment authorization form to proceed with the order or request money order instructions. Payment takes about 24 hours to process. (Do not provide debit, HSA, and FSA cards, they will decline.)
Order is shipped out once payment is confirmed. Customers will receive an email with tracking information. Order will arrive 7-10 business days after it has left the warehouse. Don't forget to leave us a Facebook review!
