Send a valid copy of your prescription to order@saveivf.com, and a representative can help provide an itemized invoice with payment details via email.

Call in your order at +1 (800) 439-6086 and provide a valid copy of your prescription via email. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm CST and Weekends 9am-3pm CST.

FAX

Download and complete Save IVF Order Form here. Once filled out, fax it to +1 (877) 235 2283. A customer representative will be in touch with payment details.

STEP 1

Customers can submit an order online, via email, by phone or fax. A valid copy of the prescription from a licensed physician is required to fulfill the order. If using a Save IVF Order Form, download the order form here.

STEP 2

Upon placing an order online, please email a copy of prescription to order@saveivf.com. A customer representative will then email an itemized quote with payment instructions.

STEP 3

Complete the payment authorization form to proceed with the order or request money order instructions. Payment takes about 24 hours to process. (Do not provide debit, HSA, and FSA cards, they will decline.)

STEP 4

Order is shipped out once payment is confirmed. Customers will receive an email with tracking information. Order will arrive 5-7 business days after it has left the warehouse. Don't forget to leave us a Facebook review!
