Shipments usually complete within 3-5 business days. However, we suggest placing orders up to a two weeks in advance to avoid any delays out of our control that may result in postponing your treatment cycle. Note that medications will be shipped in European packing and not in its original box.
Your order is processed and fulfilled the same day your payment is confirmed. Standard shipping has a delivery window of 2-3 business days. If you live in a rural area please add an additional business day to delivery (3-4 business days.) We offer overnight shipping for an additional charge

Please be informed that for consumer protection, all medication is non-returnable and non-refundable. This ensures that your medication has been maintained properly and has not been tampered with. Save IVF will not accept any medication for returns or refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final. We do not take responsibility for unused medication for any reason. Federal Law Prohibits Return of Prescription Medication for Resale.
Medications will be shipped in European packing and not in its original box.
Due to worldwide customs prohibitions we are unable to supply loose syringes and needles. In some cases they are sealed in the package as an integral part of the package. You can obtain extra syringes from your physician or local pharmacy.
There are no taxes placed on these medications since they are for individual/private use.
Orders are shipped after payment has cleared. Payment submission takes 24 hours to process. Once cleared, order is processed and fulfilled within 24 hours.
To fill your order, we require a copy of a prescription from a licensed physician. We protect all of your information against unauthorized access or release. You can submit orders three ways via email, fax, or website. Note that your order is not complete when submitting online.

Submit your order through our online checkout process. Once submitted, one of our customer service representatives from our processing department will reach out to you requesting a copy of your prescription.
Orders may be canceled within 18 hours of the payment clearance.
In order to process an order a copy of a valid prescription from a licensed physician will need to be provided. All prescriptions are verified.
We accept major payment options such as VISA or MASTERCARD credit card only (cannot be a debit credit card) and money wire.

Payment takes 24 hours to process. After payment clears we proceed with shipment.
Both the FDA and European Medicines Agency require medications to be dispensed with an expiration date and lot numbers. Medications we ship ALWAYS have expirations 1-4 years from the time of shipment giving you ample time to use the medications.
Ideally from start to finish the entire ordering process takes 3-5 business days. Once an order is received and payment is submitted. We wait for payment confirmation (this process can take up to 24 hours). After payment clears, your order is shipped same day. Shipping is determined by selected option when placed the order.
Now that you've submitted your order, a customer representative from our processing department will send you an invoice for you submit payment. Note that we must verify your prescription in order to send your medication.
