By placing an order with Save IVF, the customer understands and agrees that Save IVF will not be held responsible for any injuries caused by improper handling of the medications, i.e. glass vials or any other injection-related incidents. The patient assumes responsibility to get full training from their nurse team. The patient also understands that the medications come in European packaging. Patients can request English instructions via email from our customer service team as well as video instructions. Patients can also find video instructions here.
Shipments usually complete within 7-10 business days. However, we suggest placing orders up to a two weeks in advance to avoid any delays out of our control that may result in postponing your treatment cycle. Note that medications will be shipped in European packing and not in its original box.
To fill your order, we require a copy of a prescription from a licensed physician. We protect all of your information against unauthorized access or release. You can submit orders four ways via email, phone, fax, or website. Note that your order is not complete when submitting online.
