Ovidrel® 250mcg/0.5ml

Ovidrel is a fertility medication containing choriogonadotropin alfa, a recombinant form of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). It is used to trigger the final maturation and release (ovulation) of eggs from the ovaries in women undergoing assisted reproductive technologies (ART) such as in vitro fertilization (IVF) or intrauterine insemination (IUI).

Ovidrel mimics the body’s natural luteinizing hormone (LH) surge, inducing ovulation approximately 36 hours after administration. Proper timing of this injection is critical for maximizing the chances of fertilization and successful pregnancy.
